01Definitions
For the purpose of these Terms: “VybeCity”, “we”, “us” or “our” means the VybeCity platform and the entity responsible for providing the Platform and its related services. “Technoziant” means the technology/service provider associated with the development, maintenance, operation or technical support of the VybeCity Platform, as applicable. “User”, “you” or “your” means any person who accesses, browses, registers on or uses the Platform. “Event” means any event, show, concert, activity, workshop, sports event, entertainment programme, experience or other activity listed on VybeCity. “Event Partner” / “Organizer” means the person, company, organization, venue, promoter or other third party responsible for conducting or delivering an Event. “Ticket” means an electronic or digital entitlement issued through the Platform confirming a User's booking for an Event. “Booking” means a reservation or purchase made by a User through the Platform. “Platform” means the VybeCity website, application, software, interfaces, ticketing systems and related services.
02Acceptance of Terms
By using VybeCity, you agree to comply with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and VybeCity in relation to your use of the Platform. VybeCity may modify these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will become effective when published on the Platform. Your continued use of VybeCity after any modification constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
03Privacy
Your use of the Platform is also subject to the VybeCity Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy explains how information provided by you may be collected, used, stored and processed in connection with the Platform and its services. By using VybeCity, you acknowledge that you have reviewed the Privacy Policy and consent to the practices described therein.
04Eligibility and User Account
You may use the Platform only if you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement under applicable law. Where an account is required, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activities carried out through your account. You must provide accurate and current information while creating or using an account. VybeCity may suspend or restrict an account where information appears inaccurate, misleading, fraudulent or where the account is being used in violation of these Terms.
05Services Provided by VybeCity
VybeCity provides a technology-enabled platform through which Users may discover Events and, where available, purchase or reserve Tickets. VybeCity may facilitate communication, booking, payment processing, Ticket generation and digital validation between Users and Event Partners. Unless expressly stated otherwise, VybeCity does not itself organize, produce, own or control every Event listed on the Platform. The actual Event may be organized and conducted by the relevant Event Partner.
06Event Information
Event details displayed on VybeCity may include: • Event name • Date and time • Venue • Ticket categories • Ticket price • Availability • Event description • Age restrictions • Entry requirements • Cancellation or refund conditions • Organizer information • Other Event-specific conditions Event information is provided based on information supplied by the relevant Event Partner. While VybeCity may take reasonable steps to display accurate information, the Event Partner remains responsible for the accuracy, organization and conduct of its Event.
07Event Partner Responsibilities
The Event Partner is responsible for conducting the Event in accordance with applicable laws, permissions, licences and regulations. The Event Partner is also responsible for: • Event arrangements; • Venue arrangements; • Entry and admission; • Event safety and security; • Event content; • Compliance with applicable laws; • Any Event-specific rules; • Cancellation, postponement or modification of the Event. VybeCity may assist with communication and customer support but does not assume responsibility for matters solely controlled by the Event Partner.
08Ticket Booking
Users may select an Event and available Ticket category and proceed through the booking process displayed on the Platform. A Booking is subject to availability and successful completion of payment, where applicable. Selecting a Ticket does not guarantee that the Ticket will remain available until payment is successfully completed. VybeCity may impose limits on the number of Tickets that may be purchased by a User for a particular Event.
09Booking Confirmation
A Booking shall be considered confirmed only after successful completion of the applicable booking process and payment. A Booking confirmation may be provided through email, SMS, application notification, WhatsApp or other communication channels supported by VybeCity. Users should verify their Booking details immediately after receiving confirmation.
10Digital Tickets and QR Codes
Where applicable, VybeCity may issue a digital Ticket containing a QR code, barcode, booking ID or other verification mechanism. The Ticket is intended for use only in accordance with the Event's entry requirements. Each valid Ticket or QR code may be subject to one-time validation. Once a Ticket has been successfully validated or marked as used, it may not be reused unless expressly permitted by the Event Partner. Users must keep their Ticket and QR code confidential. VybeCity shall not be responsible where a User voluntarily shares a Ticket or QR code and another person uses it before the legitimate User.
11Entry to Events
Possession of a Ticket does not necessarily override Event-specific admission rules. The Event Partner or authorized venue personnel may verify: • Ticket validity; • QR code or booking ID; • Identity documents, where legally permitted or required; • Age eligibility; • Event-specific requirements; • Security or safety requirements. The final decision regarding admission may rest with the Event Partner or venue, subject to applicable law.
12Ticket Prices
Ticket prices displayed on the Platform are generally determined by the Event Partner or applicable ticketing arrangement. Prices may vary depending upon Ticket category, availability, Event demand, applicable taxes, discounts, offers or other factors. The applicable amount payable will be displayed before completion of the Booking.
13Convenience and Platform Fees
VybeCity may charge applicable convenience, platform, service, processing or other permitted fees in connection with a Booking. Where applicable, such charges will be displayed to the User before payment is completed. Applicable taxes may also be charged in accordance with law.
14Payments
Payments may be processed through third-party payment gateways or other authorized payment service providers. VybeCity does not store or control sensitive payment information beyond what is reasonably required for processing, reconciliation, fraud prevention or legal compliance. Users must provide accurate payment information and use a payment method lawfully available to them.
15Failed or Pending Transactions
A transaction may fail, remain pending or be delayed due to technical issues, banking issues, payment gateway issues, network failures or other circumstances. If money has been deducted but the Booking has not been confirmed, the transaction may be subject to reconciliation and applicable refund procedures. Users should not repeatedly attempt payment where a previous transaction is still pending unless instructed by the Platform or payment provider.
16Refunds and Cancellation
Cancellation and refund eligibility shall depend on the cancellation policy applicable to the relevant Event and Ticket. Where an Event is specifically marked as non-refundable, cancellation may not result in a refund except where required by applicable law or otherwise stated by VybeCity or the Event Partner. Where a refund is approved, the amount and method of refund shall be determined according to the applicable policy. Convenience fees, platform fees or processing charges may be non-refundable where permitted by applicable law and disclosed during Booking.
17Event Cancellation
If an Event is cancelled, VybeCity may notify affected Users using the contact information associated with their Booking. Refunds, credits or other remedies, if applicable, shall be handled according to the Event Partner's policy and applicable law. VybeCity may facilitate the refund process where the relevant funds and arrangements are available for processing through the Platform.
18Event Rescheduling or Postponement
An Event Partner may postpone, reschedule or modify an Event. Where VybeCity receives information regarding such changes, it may communicate the revised details to affected Users. Any refund or transfer option shall depend upon the Event Partner's announced policy and applicable law.
19Offers, Discounts and Promotions
VybeCity may from time to time provide promotional offers, discounts, coupon codes or other benefits. Each offer may have separate terms and eligibility requirements. Offers may be limited by: • User; • Event; • Ticket category; • Payment method; • Time period; • Number of redemptions; or • Other stated conditions. VybeCity may withdraw or modify an offer where permitted under the applicable offer terms.
20Prohibited Activities
Users shall not: • Use the Platform for unlawful purposes; • Create false or misleading accounts; • Attempt unauthorized access to the Platform; • Interfere with Platform security; • Use automated systems to abuse Ticket availability; • Attempt fraudulent transactions; • Manipulate Ticketing systems; • Resell Tickets where prohibited; • Upload unlawful or infringing content; • Misrepresent their identity; • Circumvent applicable Platform restrictions. VybeCity may take appropriate action against accounts involved in prohibited activities.
21Fraud Prevention and Security
VybeCity may use technical and operational measures to detect suspicious activity, unauthorized transactions and potential fraud. Bookings or accounts may be subject to verification. VybeCity may cancel, suspend or restrict transactions where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, misuse or unauthorized activity, subject to applicable law.
22Third-Party Services
Certain Platform functions may rely on third-party service providers, including payment gateways, communication providers, analytics providers, cloud infrastructure providers and other technology partners. Use of such services may be subject to the applicable third party's terms and policies. VybeCity does not control the independent operations of third-party providers.
23Advertising on the Platform
The Platform may display advertisements, sponsored content and promotions from third parties, including advertisements served by Google AdSense. Advertisements are clearly separate from VybeCity’s own content. VybeCity does not endorse, guarantee or take responsibility for the products, services or websites advertised, and any dealings you have with an advertiser are solely between you and that advertiser. Users must not click on advertisements, or encourage or cause others to click on them, other than out of genuine interest, and must not use bots, scripts, automated tools or any other method to generate artificial impressions or clicks. Such activity is a prohibited activity and may lead to suspension or termination of the account. Information collected through advertising cookies is handled as described in the VybeCity Privacy Policy.
24Cookies
The Platform uses cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember your preferences, process bookings, measure usage, prevent fraud and show and measure advertisements. By continuing to use the Platform you agree to the use of cookies as described in the VybeCity Privacy Policy, subject to any consent choices required by applicable law. You can manage cookies through your browser settings and your advertising choices as set out in the Privacy Policy.
25Intellectual Property
All Platform software, branding, logos, designs, text, graphics, interfaces and other materials owned or licensed by VybeCity or its licensors are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Users may access and use such materials only for personal and lawful use of the Platform. No User may reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, publish or commercially exploit Platform materials without appropriate authorization. Event-related trademarks, images and materials may belong to their respective Event Partners, artists, brands or rights holders.
26Event and User Content
Event descriptions, images, videos, logos and other content may be supplied by Event Partners or other third parties. Users may also submit reviews, feedback or other content through the Platform. By submitting content, the User represents that they have the necessary rights to submit it and that the content does not violate applicable law or third-party rights. VybeCity may remove content that is unlawful, misleading, offensive, infringing or otherwise inconsistent with these Terms.
27Reviews and Feedback
Users may provide genuine feedback regarding their experience. Reviews should be truthful, relevant and based on the User's actual experience. Users must not submit fake reviews, impersonate another person, manipulate ratings or submit content intended to unfairly mislead other Users.
28Platform Availability
VybeCity aims to keep the Platform available and functional but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. The Platform may occasionally be unavailable because of: • Maintenance; • Updates; • Technical failures; • Network problems; • Security incidents; • Third-party service interruptions; or • Circumstances beyond reasonable control.
29Accuracy of Information
VybeCity makes reasonable efforts to maintain accurate Platform information. However, information supplied by Event Partners may change without prior notice. Users should verify important Event details before attending, particularly date, time, venue, entry requirements and cancellation conditions.
30Communication
By using VybeCity and providing contact information, Users may receive service-related communications concerning: • Bookings; • Tickets; • Payments; • Event changes; • Cancellations; • Refunds; • Customer support; • Security or account matters. Promotional communications will be handled in accordance with applicable law and the User's available communication preferences.
31Disclaimer
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, VybeCity provides the Platform on an “as available” basis. VybeCity does not guarantee that: • Every Event will take place exactly as advertised; • An Event will meet a User's expectations; • The Platform will always operate without interruption; • Third-party information will always be error-free; or • Every Event Partner will perform its obligations. Nothing in these Terms excludes any right or protection that cannot legally be excluded.
32Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, VybeCity and Technoziant shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from use of the Platform or participation in an Event, except to the extent such liability cannot legally be excluded. This may include losses arising from Event cancellation, postponement, venue changes, Event quality, conduct of an Event Partner, travel arrangements or third-party services, where such matters are outside VybeCity's reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
33Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless VybeCity, Technoziant and their respective personnel, service providers and affiliates from claims, losses, liabilities, damages and reasonable expenses arising from: • Your violation of these Terms; • Your unlawful use of the Platform; • Your misuse of Tickets; • Your infringement of third-party rights; or • Your fraudulent or unauthorized activities.
34Account Suspension and Termination
VybeCity may suspend, restrict or terminate access to an account where: • These Terms are violated; • Fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected; • False information is provided; • The Platform is misused; or • Such action is required by law. Termination or suspension shall not affect rights or obligations that accrued before termination.
35Links to Other Websites
The Platform may contain links to websites or services operated by third parties. Such links are provided for convenience. VybeCity does not necessarily endorse or control third-party websites and is not responsible for their content, availability, policies or practices.
36Electronic Records
Electronic records, Booking confirmations, transaction records, Ticket records, system logs and communications maintained by VybeCity or its service providers may be used as evidence of transactions and communications, subject to applicable law.
37Customer Support
Users may contact VybeCity through the customer support channels made available on the Platform. Support may assist with matters including: • Booking issues; • Payment issues; • Ticket-related concerns; • Refund status; • Event information; and • Account-related matters. Certain matters may require coordination with the relevant Event Partner or payment provider.
38Grievance Redressal
VybeCity will provide an appropriate mechanism for receiving and addressing User grievances in accordance with applicable law. The grievance contact details and applicable response process may be displayed on the Platform or in the Contact Us section.
39Changes to the Platform
VybeCity may add, remove, modify or discontinue Platform features, services or functionalities from time to time. Such changes may be made for operational, technical, commercial, security or legal reasons.
40Changes to These Terms
VybeCity may revise these Terms periodically. The updated version will be made available through the Platform. Users are encouraged to review the Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform after updated Terms become effective will constitute acceptance of those changes, subject to applicable law.
41Severability
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified or removed to the minimum extent necessary, while the remaining provisions shall continue to apply.
42Waiver
Failure by VybeCity to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a permanent waiver of its right to enforce that provision later.
43Assignment
You may not transfer or assign your rights or obligations under these Terms without prior written permission where such permission is required. VybeCity may assign or transfer its rights and obligations in connection with a merger, restructuring, business transfer, acquisition or other lawful transaction.
44Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any Event-specific terms, policies or conditions displayed on the Platform, constitute the agreement governing your use of VybeCity, except where additional terms expressly apply.
45Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable in India. Subject to applicable law, disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts having appropriate jurisdiction over the matter.

47Final Acknowledgement
By accessing or using VybeCity, you acknowledge that: 1. You have read these Terms; 2. You understand the nature of the services provided through the Platform; 3. You agree to comply with these Terms; 4. You understand that Events may be organized by independent Event Partners; 5. You agree to comply with Event-specific rules and entry requirements; and 6.
